Microsoft menghentikan Donasi ke pembuat Free Software

Apakah karena kesalahan atau niat, Microsoft telah memblokir akses sumbangan Free Software Foundation pada sistem perusahaan, menggunakan program Keamanan Jaringan perusahaan.

Blokir yang hanya akan mempengaruhi sebagian kecil orang, itu diberlakukan setelah Reputasi Layanan Microsoft menilainya sebagai 'situs judi'.

Serius.

pertanyaan akan muncul apabila sang empunya mickrosoft memblokir jaringan amal semua pengguna free software yang sepenuhnya terdaftar yang telah sekitar selama hampir 30 tahun, secara jujur, menjadi menjadi satu hal yang sangat lucu.


Apakah mr. bill ingin menguasai dunia dengan cara yang lucu dan membuat kita tertawa.

untuk uploading ke web, anda harus login ke account, tetapi jika anda belum terhubung dengan account, maka anda bisa menyimpan di penyimpanan lokal anda.

Masalah Modem SmartFren pada Ubuntu Hasil Remastersys[RESOLVE]

Kemarin terdapat masalah ketika menginstall model smartFren pada Ubuntu hasil remastersys, dimana modem tidak bisa terkoneksi internet walaupun modem smartFren sudah mendapatkan IP address. Bagi anda yang belum tahu cara menginstall modem smartFren di ubuntu silahkan baca di sini.

Langsung saja, berikut adalah langkah-langkahnya.
Pertama kita Edit file resolv.conf untuk mengganti DNS default dari smart, tapi terlebih dulu kita buat symlink file resolv.conf ke folder /etc karna defaultnya file resolv.conf terdapat pada folder /etc/ppp/resolv.conf menggunakan perintah:
ln -s /etc/ppp/resolv.conf /etc/resolv.conf ketikkan Pada terminal.

Selanjutnya koneksikan modem smartFren menggunakan wvdial, setelah modem terkoneksi dan mendapatkan IP, buka file resolv.conf menggunakan perintah :
sudo gedit /etc/resolv.conf
Berikut adalah isi dari file resolv.conf

nameserver 10.17.3.252
nameserver 10.17.3.246

Kemudian ganti nameserver pada file resolv.conf menggunakan DNS goole berikut, sehingga hasilnya menjadi :

nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4

Simpan perubahan, dan sekarang modem seharusnya sudah berhasil terkoneksi ke internet.

Untuk selanjutnya kita tidak perlu menconfigurasi seperti langkah diatas ketika ingin menggunakan modem.

Create a hotspot with ubuntu

Do you want to share a connection with another computer, if you have an internet connection at home, then it would not hurt if you use an existing wirelles on your laptop as a hot-spot.
However, some hardware may not be supported, there are some limitations. Powder support, so the network will be weak WEP encryption, WPA is not encrypted.
To get started, click the gear icon on the panel and select System Settings.

Select the Network control panel in Ubuntu System Settings window. You can also set up a wireless hotspot by clicking the Edit menu and choose Network Connections Network, but more complicated setup process.

If you want to share internet through wireless connection, you must be connected to a wired connection. You can not share a Wi-Fi - when you make a Wi-Fi hotspot, you will be disconnected from your current wireless network.

To create a hotspot, select the wireless network and click the Use as Hotspot at the bottom of the window.

You will be disconnected from the existing network. You can disable the hotspot and then by clicking the Stop button in the Hotspot this window or by selecting another wireless network from the network menu on the Ubuntu panel.

After you click Create a Hotspot, you will see a pop up notification that your laptop's wireless radio show is now used as an ad-hoc access point. You should be able to connect from another device using the default network name - "ubuntu" - and the security lock displayed in the Network window. However, you can also click the Options button to customize your wireless hotspot.

Of the wireless tab, you can assign a custom name for your wireless network using the SSID field. You can also change the wireless settings other than here.

Connect Automatically check box should allow you to use a standard wireless network hotspot as you - when you start your computer, Ubuntu will create a hotspot instead of connecting to an existing wireless network.

From the Wireless Security tab, you can change your security keys and methods. Unfortunately, WPA encryption does not seem to be an option here, so you have to stick with WEP encryption is weak.

The "Shared to other computers" option on the IPv4 Settings tab tells Ubuntu to share your Internet connection with other computers connected to the hotspot.

Even if you do not have a wireless internet connection available to share, you can network computers together and communicate between them - for example, for file sharing.
